DFA REQUIREMENT FOR AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE FOR APPLICANTS FOR NEW AND RENEWAL PASSPORTS

The Philippine Embassy in Tehran would like to inform the public that the Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, on its new site at the ASEANA Business Park, corner of Bradco St. and Macapagal Avenue (near Mall of Asia), implements the by appointment schedule for both new and renewal passport applicants.

Passport applicants are advised to log in at www.passport.com.ph or call at Hotline Tel. No. (02) 737-1000, which is available 24/7, to be assured of service at the appointed date and time.

The applicants should be at the OCA at least thirty minutes (30) before the appointment. Please note that there will be no processing without an appointment, so that orderly queues can be maintained.

On the given appointment date, the applicant should bring with him the requirements for passport application mentioned on the hotline number or posted online at http://www.passport.com.ph/requirements.

Please note that the E-passport fees are as follows:

Regular Processing (20 days)          Php           950.00

Express Processing (10 days)                         1,200.00

Lost Passport (Additional Fee)                           200.00
